Product returns & replacement

The customer has the right to return goods in the following cases: Delivery of products that were not ordered, delivery of products that have expired, delivery of products that have a fault or damage which did not occur during transport.

We will confirm the receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and the answer according to Act on Consumer Protection is sent to the Customer within 15 (fifteen) days from on the day of the received complaint.

In the event of a justified complaint, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or exchange for a correct, undamaged and valid product.

In the event of the inability to deliver another product, we will reimburse the customer for his costs of returning the goods and the value of the goods that we are no longer able to deliver.

The customer has no right to return products that have been opened/used. All the products we sell are properly stored in their original packaging. The expiration date marked on the packaging is valid only if it is stored correctly, as indicated on the declaration.

We will fully accept the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered products at our own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the customer has not affected the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods. Send the product back to us at the address: OPG Matulić, Pašman 2, 23262, Pašman, Croatia. Upon receipt, we will send you a new product or a refund.

If the gift you received was purchased from us, you must present the purchase receipt and you can exchange it if the product is unopened and unused. In this case, you only bear the cost of sending the product and the cost of resending the replacement product. It is not possible to get a refund for gifts unless the product is damaged.

You will receive a refund as soon as we receive and inspect the returned products to the same means of payment with which the product was paid for.

Terms of sale

These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning, i.e., claiming goods offered on our websites. The supplier (Seller) of the products offered in the web shop www.opgmatulic.com (hereinafter referred to as «goods») is < strong>OPG Matulić, Pašman, and the Buyer of goods is a visitor to the internet catalog who chooses at least one product, fills out the electronic order form and sends it To the seller.

The goods are ordered using an electronic form. The customer must fill in the Profile with basic data for billing and delivery of the desired products and will be notified by e-mail about the completed order.

After selecting a product, you can click on its details and find out everything about it and take a closer look at it, and if you want to buy it, just click on the shopping cart and it will immediately be in it.

You can choose quantities in the shopping cart, as well as cancel the purchase. At any moment, your shopping cart is visible and available to you, and you can calmly continue browsing our storefront.

After shopping, go back to the shopping cart and select complete order. Notification of a successful purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

1. Payment to the account – Internet banking.

2. Cash on delivery – Within the Republic of Croatia, you can pay for your orders by cash on delivery. Payment is made when picking up the goods, and it is paid to the delivery person or at the branch office of the courier service or Croatian Post if you come to pick up the parcel yourself.

3. By credit or debit card whose transaction is provided by Corvus Pay.

4. Via Paypal.

You can pay for orders from abroad with credit or debit cards or via Paypal.

When choosing a payment method, you will receive an order confirmation with all the information necessary for payment to your email address. You can then make the payment using internet banking or in an earlier step using the method you chose. Upon receipt of payment, we will send you the ordered items.

After shopping, go back to the shopping cart and select complete order. Notification of a successful purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.

Republic of Croatia

OPG Matulić food and cosmetic products are sent within the Republic of Croatia by GLS courier service at a price of EUR 4.

Deadline for delivery of orders within The Republic of Croatia takes up to 3 working days.

European Union

OPG Matulić food and cosmetic products are sent within the European Union via Eurosender.

Deadline for delivery of orders within The European Union is up to 2 weeks.

Rest of the World

For now we are unable to ensure the delivery of our products outside the borders of the European Union, however we are working on it!

Depending on the number of products ordered, we pack the orders in a bubble-lined envelope or in a box if there are more products or products packed in glass, then we additionally cover the bottles with cardboard.

You can only modify an existing order before it has been shipped and before you have received the tracking code by sending an inquiry via the Contact< /strong> or via WhatsApp message.

You can enter the promotional code that you saw on the page or received via the email newsletter in the field for the promotional code before entering the data for sending and payment on the checkout page.

If you created your profile on our old website, there is a possibility that our new website will not recognize your old password. In this case, go to Login, click on ‘Forgot my password’ and enter your email address. You will receive a link in your email inbox to set a new password with which you will be able to log into your account.
