If the buyer is dissatisfied for any reason, he can file a complaint to the Seller (OPG Matulić) via e-mail to: info@opgmatulic.com or in writing to the address: OPG Matulić, Pašman 2, 23262, Pašman, Croatia.

– Delivery of goods not ordered
– Delivery of expired goods
– Delivery of goods that have a defect or damage that did not occur during transport
The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and the response in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act will be sent to the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
The seller will accept in full the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at his own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer did not affect the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods.
In case of a justified complaint, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the amount paid or a replacement for a correct, undamaged and valid product.
In case of impossibility of delivery of other goods, the Seller will reimburse the buyer for the costs of returning the goods and the value of the goods that he is no longer able to deliver.
The buyer has no right to return products that have been opened / used. All goods we sell are properly stored in the original packaging. The shelf life indicated on the packaging is valid only if stored correctly, as indicated on the declaration.
